CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment & Cancellation Policy Please read our policies carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment you acknowledge and agree to Dear Sunday Skin's cancellation and appointment policies. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask that cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before an appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. NO-SHOWS Appointments that are missed without notice will be considered a no-show and are subject to a 100% fee of the scheduled service. RUNNING LATE? Please text us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled in order to respect the next client's appointment time. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, the applicable cancellation fee may apply. CARD ON FILE A valid card on file may be required to secure your appointment. By booking, you authorize Dear Sunday Skin to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to the card on file in accordance with these policies. Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy, but we kindly ask that you keep track of your appointment time as well.
